What problems do our products solve?
You’d be surprised how many companies still use spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel to manage some of their most crucial business processes. While this definitely made sense in the 1990s – back when sheets presented an intuitive, easy-to-use alternative to paper documents – today, there are much better alternatives for business automation. Even worse is where companies rely on paper documents which require a huge amount of man hours to process and input data.
What we do is to create automation software that can be used by your company’s sales, warehousing, accounting and finance departments to automate a lot of the mundane, time consuming tasks that otherwise would be done manually. Our systems connect to your existing CRM or ERP systems and allow you to simplify work flows and reduce man hours spent on businesses processes. These systems extend to your customers and distributors so that you do not need to ask your customer or distributors to supply you with the data you need. The entire process is automated.

Configure Price Quote
Configure Price Quote (CPQ) is a system that automates a lot of the work in sales proposals. It is a significant advance over other CPQ systems that are available on the market because it integrations more deeply with every part of your existing systems, your CRM, ERP and automates much more of the quoting process than existing CPQ systems.
Here are a few things that Configure Price Quote can do:
- Send automated emails to customers (e.g. asking how they want their product configured, giving them the final price, send payment reminders or even survey them after the purchase)
- Send automated orders to the suppliers
- Automatically organizes couriers to pick up products and deliver them to order locations
